FRIENDLY REMINDER

1. Size is based only on the pet’s breed and body type; custom sizes are not supported. As each piece is handmade, a size deviation of up to about 5 cm is normal.

2. Normal lead time is about 6 weeks, rush service is available at extra cost.

3. We do our best to recreate your pet’s body shape, fur patterns, and key details based on the photos you provide. However, due to material and handcrafted process limitations, an exact 100% match cannot be guaranteed. We truly appreciate your understanding.

4. We are confident in the quality of our craftsmanship. Every piece is made with great attention to detail, and for the same level of workmanship, we offer one of the most reasonable prices.

YOUR
PETTERNA JOURNEY

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Please upload clear, high-quality photos of your pet from multiple angles. We recommend front, side, and full-body photos whenever possible. Natural daylight is best, as it helps us see your pet’s true colors, fur details, and facial features more accurately. The clearer and more detailed the photos, the better we can create your custom piece.

2. After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email within 8 hours (also check your spam folder). Once the details are confirmed, we will begin crafting your piece.

3. We kindly recommend leaving your phone number when placing your order. If we’re unable to reach you by email, we may send you a text message reminder.

4. The deposit does not include shipping fees. You need to pay the shipping cost when you pay the remaining balance. We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier for your order, and we will also cover any customs duties.

5. Because the fur of our plush pets is soft, it may be slightly pressed during shipping. After receiving your package, you can gently comb and tidy the fur to help it return to its best look.

THE EMOTIONAL UNBOXING

“I honestly burst into tears when I opened the box. We lost Barnaby two months ago, and seeing his face so clearly again just hit me hard. You guys captured his goofy smile perfectly. It feels like having a piece of him back home.“

—Elliana

WORTH
THE WAIT

“About 7 weeks, which felt like forever, but once I opened the package, all my frustration vanished. You simply cannot rush this kind of art. The quality is unmatched by anything else I’ve seen.“

—Vincent

THE LIVING REPLACEMENT

“My daughter moved away for college and missed our Henry. I sent her this plush and she says she sleeps with it every night. It’s huge, life-sized, and gives the best hugs. Best gift I’ve ever bought.“

—Amara

THE PERFECT MEMORIAL

“After 15 years with my best friend, the house felt so empty. Having this plush on his favorite chair makes the room feel less lonely. The fur texture is so soft, I find myself petting it without thinking.“

—Charlie

BETTER IN PERSON

“Photos really don't do it justice. In person, the eyes have this depth and sparkle that looks so alive. The fur colors are multi-dimensional, not just flat color blocks. I'm blown away.“

—Luis

PACKAGING EXPERIENCE

“It came in a beautiful large box, wrapped carefully. It felt like unboxing a luxury item. You can tell they care about the presentation, not just the product.“

—Lydia

YOUR QUESTIONS,
ANSWERED

Question 1

Q: How realistic will the plush look?

A: We recreate your pet as closely as possible based on your photos, focusing on shape, fur color, and overall expression. However, due to materials and the handmade process, a 100% identical match isn’t possible. Small differences are normal and part of custom work.

Question 2

Q: How many photos do I need to provide?

A: We recommend 3–5 clear photos, including front, side, and full-body views, to help us capture the details accurately.

Question 3

Q: How long does the process take?

A: The production time is usually 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the custom order.

Question 4

Q: Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with my order?

A: Yes. If you’re not satisfied after receiving your order, we offer a refund. Simply return the item to us, and once we receive it, we’ll process your refund.

Question 5

Q: How do I clean the plush?

A: To clean, use a damp wipe or gently pat the surface to remove dust. Let it air dry or use a hair dryer on the cool air setting only.

Question 6

Q: Are different sizes available for the custom plush?

A: We offer the sizes listed on our website, which are the sizes we’re currently able to produce. At this time, we’re unable to customize sizes outside of those options.

Question 7

Q: Any other questions?

A: If the answers above don’t solve your problem, please email us at love@petterna.com — we’ll reply within 12 hours.
