Custom/Personalized Products

Special Terms for Custom Products:

  • Custom products are made to order based on your specifications
  • You must provide accurate personalization details (names, photos, etc.)
  • Once production begins, customization details cannot be changed
  • Custom products are not returnable unless defective or damaged
  • Production time varies by product complexity (typically 3-7 business days)
  • Shipping costs for custom products are calculated after production
  • By ordering custom products, you confirm you have the right to use any images, names, or content you provide
Copyright and Trademark: You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any images, logos, or content you submit for customization. We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from your submissions.
