How long does the production process take?

Since every piece is 100% handmade by skilled artists, quality takes time. The exact timeline depends on the size and complexity of your custom order. Once we receive your photos, we will let you know the estimated delivery time.

Will I see the artwork before it is shipped?

Yes, transparency is part of our promise. For all custom orders, we will send you a video of the finished piece via email. We will not ship the item until we receive your approval.

Can I change my order details after placing it?

If you need to make any changes after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We can update your order as long as production has not yet started.
