2. Normal lead time is about 6 weeks, rush service is available at extra cost. Revisions are charged separately.

3. We do our best to recreate your pet’s body shape, fur patterns, and key details based on the photos you provide. However, due to material and handcrafted process limitations, an exact 100% match cannot be guaranteed. We truly appreciate your understanding.

4. We are confident in the quality of our craftsmanship. Every piece is made with great attention to detail, and for the same level of workmanship, we offer one of the most reasonable prices.

1. Please upload clear, high-quality photos of your pet from multiple angles. We recommend front, side, and full-body photos whenever possible. Natural daylight is best, as it helps us see your pet’s true colors, fur details, and facial features more accurately. The clearer and more detailed the photos, the better we can create your custom piece.

2. After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email within 8 hours (also check your spam folder). Once the details are confirmed, we will begin crafting your piece.

3. We kindly recommend leaving your phone number when placing your order. If we’re unable to reach you by email, we may send you a text message reminder.

4. The deposit does not include shipping fees. You only need to pay the shipping cost when you pay the remaining balance. We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier for your order, and we will also cover any customs duties.

5. Because the fur of our plush pets is soft, it may be slightly pressed during shipping. After receiving your package, you can gently comb and tidy the fur to help it return to its best look.

Although our products are not very heavy, they are relatively large in size, so shipping companies usually charge based on volumetric weight.

A: We recreate your pet as closely as possible based on your photos, focusing on shape, fur color, and overall expression. However, due to materials and the handmade process, a 100% identical match isn’t possible. Small differences are normal and part of custom work.

Q: How many photos do I need to provide?

A: We recommend 3–5 clear photos, including front, side, and full-body views, to help us capture the details accurately.

A: The production time is usually 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the custom order.

Took quite a while and I had alterations from looking like stuffed dog of lily to being 2.0 lily. My teacup yorkie was lilys adopted daughter and both dot and I have been grieving badly. Opened box and daughter videoed me doing it. Dot immediately jumped off back of sofa and started obsessively licking her and smelling her. Size is perfect and fits lilys harnesses. Instead of getting couple of hours sleep I got 6 and half. Just popped lily under arm as I lie on side and dot curled up with us and we all slept. Everytime I see her I have to remind myself its not lily. They were patient with my alterations and I was patient with thier time scale. Dont click 3 weeks though. For the perfection they make, 3 weeks just isn't long enough. Took from 20th Aug posted to today to arrive as heavy so standard delivery., today's 9th Aug. I ordered I think mid June and had alterations once shown final art work and thats when I made up last of what was missing as much as I could. They are very good at replying to questions and think ill get the key ring as looks big for keys but my hubbys middle mirror in his van is ideal. My other jack had sticky up ears too so ideal for that piece. Shame I cant add video and pictures. This is so good for dot and I and didnt expect such big feelings in either of us as she died in april and put my feelings away in trauma box but its not trauma anymore. Lily would love ❤️ to be immortalised like this. I will sleep better. My cleaners were here as I have health issues and they pop in once a week to help me and they both gasped at how much it was like lily. Everyone's happy thankyou. Xxx

Replacement of a much loved fur baby is impossible but i got the next best thing. This replica is geourgous and looks so much like my Ginger that I do a double take when looking at it. I talk to her just as before and that gives me comfort.
