1. Please upload clear, high-quality photos of your pet from multiple angles. We recommend front, side, and full-body photos whenever possible. Natural daylight is best, as it helps us see your pet’s true colors, fur details, and facial features more accurately. The clearer and more detailed the photos, the better we can create your custom piece.

2. After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email within 8 hours (also check your spam folder). Once the details are confirmed, we will begin crafting your piece.

3. We kindly recommend leaving your phone number when placing your order. If we’re unable to reach you by email, we may send you a text message reminder.

4. The deposit does not include shipping fees. You only need to pay the shipping cost when you pay the remaining balance. We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier for your order, and we will also cover any customs duties.

5. Because the fur of our needle felted pets is soft, it may be slightly pressed during shipping. After receiving your package, you can gently tidy the fur to help it return to its best look.
