1. Please provide a photo that shows your favorite look of your pet. We will create the piece based on that photo. A clear photo taken in natural light is best, as it helps us capture more details and the true color of your pet’s fur.

2. After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email within 8 hours (also check your spam folder). Once the details are confirmed, we will begin crafting your piece.

3. We kindly recommend leaving your phone number when placing your order. If we’re unable to reach you by email, we may send you a text message reminder.

4. The deposit does not include shipping fees. You only need to pay the shipping cost when you pay the remaining balance. We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier for your order, and we will also cover any customs duties.
